Fritz is the executive chairman of the Wolff Company, and co-founded Katerra.
He is responsible for The Wolff Company’s corporate governance and global strategy. Fritz is an active member of the firm’s executive committee, and co-heads the investment committee. He has more than two decades of institutional real estate investment experience.
Fritz attended Gonzaga University and serves as a member of its board of regents and its investment committee. Fritz completed the OPM program at Harvard University and is a founding member of YPO Scottsdale.
